Company car, quarterly and yearly bonusesRole Responsibilities: Produce accurate monthly management accounts according to Group deadlinesControl of sales ledger, purchase ledger, stock, asset register, bank reconciliation and all other Balance Sheet reconciliations to that ensure strong financial controls are in place throughout the DivisionPrepare year end accounts + supporting documents and be the lead contact for year-end audits for the DivisionMid-month and monthly forecastsCash flow managementWork closely alongside the Management Team to produce the annual budgets for the divisionFinancial reporting, including composite and ONS reportingCompletion of accurate and timely VAT returnsMonthly payroll processingVariance analysis to ensure costs are appropriately controlled within the DivisionEnsure adherence to Group policies and completion of the accountant s checklist monthlyManage and develop the accounts teamSupport ongoing business improvement in all departments by providing meaningful financial analysisOther
