Job Role Responsibilities:Leading the development and integration of our Quality Management System, aligning it with safety, health, and environmental priorities.Managing day-to-day operations of the Inspection Department with professionalism and efficiency.Driving accreditation processes (ISO 9001 /AS 9100)Embedding SHEQ culture across the companyCreating tailored quality plans for projects, collaborating directly with customers to achieve outstanding results.Overseeing audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.Implementing engaging training initiatives to raise awareness of SHEQ requirements at every level.Partnering with suppliers to maintain and improve quality standards, including performance audits and back-charging where necessary.Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, quality metrics, and SHEQ performance to the Board and senior leadership.
