Aspiring Educational Psychologist The Role Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs. Support children with SEND, SEMH, behavioural needs, and barriers to learning. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external professionals. Help pupils access learning, build confidence, regulate emotions, and stay engaged in school.
