This role comprises of B2B calling, contacting new and existing prospects, explaining the benefits of outsourcing their marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Calling (B2B) new and existing prospects to identify new business opportunities. Create sales leads through prospecting, booked appointments and gaining relevant data. Assisting other departments through writing of clear reports of appointments booked and information gathered from meetings. Maintaining the contact database (CRM) and keep details up to date. Promoting the company s services/products. Answering prospects questions/queries to alleviate any concerns. Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets.
