The ideal candidate will be out going person with good communication skills and be self motivated With the ability to work independently. An understanding of construction or being from a construction background would be a huge advantage. The base salary will be £25k to £26k per year and we offer 25% commission on the profit generated by the consultant. No caps on commission.
