The role Develop and grow sales of industrial gearboxes, geared motors and efficient drive systems across the North of England Work with OEMs, system integrators, distributors and end users across manufacturing and industrial markets Identify and convert project based opportunities involving helical, planetary and heavy duty drive solutions Manage and grow an existing customer base while opening new strategic accounts Act as a technical and commercial interface between customers and internal engineering teams Drive regional growth through consultative, value led selling rather than price driven transactions Contribute to market positioning and long term regional strategy Requirements Strong background in indust
