At London City Mission we are passionate about sharing the love of God and the good news of Jesus Christ with the least reached in London, and to do this in partnership with churches.To support this work, we are seeking two HR Advisors to join our dedicated HR Team. These roles are central to delivering high-quality operational HR support across all levels of LCM staff and leadership within designated areas.Responsibilities

Managing recruitment campaignsAdvising line managers on HR mattersHandling casework and employee relationsMaintaining and updating the HR Information SystemResponding to HR enquiries from staff and managersPreparing HR data for monthly payrollSupporting onboarding processesContributing to HR projects that enhance our service deliveryRequirements

We welcome applications from candidates with prior HR experience and a full or part-CIPD qualification at Level 5 (or equivalent).
