You''ll be involved in the full bid lifecycle-from research and content creation to post-bid analysis and lessons learned.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the end-to-end bid process, ensuring deadlines are hit and all parties are alignedDrafting and tailoring written content for Selection Questionnaires, RFIs, and bid submissionsCollaborating with the sales and operational teams to gather insights and shape strong responsesConducting client research to create tailored, impactful bidsHelping to review and analyse bid outcomes to continuously improve future submissionsWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience as a Bid Writer, ideally with exposure to both public and private sector bids (ideally with experiance within the construction industry)Exceptional written English with a clear, persuasive, and concise styleStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesComfortable using Microsoft Word
