You ll be supporting pupils across EYFS to KS2 who need extra support to succeed and feel included.What you ll be doing: Supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism, ADHD, emotional regulation needs and challenging behaviour.Providing 1:1 support and working with small groups to help every child reach their potential.Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver engaging, inclusive learning.Creating a nurturing, positive classroom environment where every small success is celebrated.
