This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in finance who is keen to learn and develop within a supportive, fast-paced environment.The RoleYou''ll support the Accounts Payable function, helping to ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time. Working closely with colleagues across Finance and international teams, you''ll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices, including logging, coding, and matching to purchase ordersInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal teams and suppliersAssist with BACS payment runs and ensure timely, accurate paymentsReconcile supplier statements and review aged creditor reportsHandle supplier queries via phone and email, building positive relationshipsSupport credit card reconciliations and weekly reportingAssist with ad-hoc finance tasks as requiredAbout YouEducated to A-Level standard (or equivalent); finance-related study is a plusStrong attention to detail and good numerical skillsConfident communicator, both written and verbalOrganised and able to manage deadlines effectivelyBasic to intermediate Excel skillsP
