Responsible for the observation of patients and the provision of care in accordance with the management plans under the supervision of a Team Leader, Registered Paramedic/Nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist for patients in their homes.Benefits included:We offer a generous holiday entitlement of 27 days per year plus
