The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating excellent beverages and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipesTake customer orders and serve food and drinksMaintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, sinks, utensils, and equipmentMonitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol serviceCheck identification to verify legal drinking ageKeep track of inventory and restock bar supplies as neededHandle cash and credit card transactions accuratelyFollow all food safety and sanitation regulationsCollaborate with bar and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service________________________________________

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender or in a related roleKnowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology techniquesAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be of legal age to serve alcoholFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays________________________________________

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for long periodsLift and carry up to 25 lbsManual dexterity for mixing and pouring drinks
