We''re recruiting a Deburr Operator for our client''s Glasgow facility, where you''ll play a key role in finishing high-precision metal components to the highest quality standards.What You''ll Do:As a Deburr Operator, you''ll be responsible for preparing and perfecting metal parts by removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections. Key responsibilities include:Inspecting components for burrs, sharp edges, and surface defectsOperating deburring tools such as hand files, sanders, grinders, and rotary toolsFollowing blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure precise finishesUsing microscopes or magnifiers for detailed deburring work when necessaryMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe work areaSkills and Behaviours:Flexible, collaborative, and supportive team playerPositive attitude with resilience to setbacksGood problem-solving skills within your team''s scopeStrong time management and proactive approachRespectful and professional in interactions with colleagues and customersQualifications and Experience:Educated to standard grade levelExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityHealth and safety consciousExperience working with high-quality precision components is desirablePrevious deburring experience is a plus, but full training will be providedWhat''s on Offer:Full-time, permanent role - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday33 days holiday per year, including Christma
