Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all contractual, legal and compliance obligations are delivered effectively while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and operational teams. You will monitor contract performance, assess results, identify improvements and create action plans designed to enhance commercial outcomes and operational efficiency. This includes managing fuel volumes and quality, ensuring site rules are followed, and supporting the operational teams'' requirements.You will act as the main contractual point of contact for Local Authorities, Commercial and Industrial customers and merchant suppliers. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining contractual documentation, updating the contract risk register, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures, and developing contingency strategies for planned and unplanned outages.
