Job Title: Warehouse Operative (x2)
Location:  Aylesford Kent 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16.30
Reports to: Warehouse Manager

our prestige client  is a leading specialist in health hazard control equipment — supplying dust extractors, fume extractors, noise barriers, ventilation and climate control solutions across the UK.  With our Kent site acting as a major distribution hub, we are now looking to recruit two reliable and driven Warehouse Operatives to support our growing operations.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative you will:

• Receive, inspect and store incoming stock accurately.

• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch.

• Load and unload vehicles, move stock to/from storage locations.

• Maintain organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (Pallet trucks / forklifts if trained).

• Ensure stock records are accurate and assist with inventory checks.

• Adhere to health & safety standards at all times.

Location & Shift Details

•  Aylesford, Kent.

• Hours: 07:30 am to 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends).

• Full-time role.

• Must have a valid UK driving licence and be able to commute reliably to the site.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

• Good physical fitness: able to lift/move stock, stand for long periods, work in a busy environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Team-player with a proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

• Ability to follow instructions, work safely and maintain a tidy workspace.

• Must be able to drive and commute to the site (the role must drive).

• Good time-keeping and reliability are essential.
