Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Romford.As a vehicle technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceededMaintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer trainingUphold company and manufacturer quality standardsEnsure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processesThis position is offered on a full-time working contract of 40 hours a week Monday – Friday with Saturday’s paid at 1.5x, paying

£28,000 with an OTE of £40,000

reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Our average Vehicle Technician earnings were £42,000 last year, with our higher performing technicians earning on average £58,000!Required Skills and ExperienceTo be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum.
