You''ll work in a fast-paced, high-performing team dealing with new referrals, strategy discussions, and Section 47 enquiries.Please note: Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years'' post-qualification experience in a Duty and Assessment or Front Door team. Applications not meeting this requirement will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a Duty and Assessment caseload, responding to new referrals and undertaking assessments in line with statutory requirements.Conduct Section 47 Child Protection enquiries where appropriate.Liaise effectively with multi-agency partners including health, police, and education.Produce clear, evidence-based assessments and care plans.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.Participate in team meetings, strategy discussions, and case reviews.RequirementsQualified Social Worker (CQSW, DipSW, CSS, or Social Work Degree).Registered with Social Work England.Minimum of 4 years'' experience working in a Duty and Assessment team (essential).Strong working
