Customer Service Advisor
Location: Redhill
Pay: -12.21 to -13.30 per hour
Contract: Temporary

We are currently recruiting for confident and customer-focused individuals to join a busy team as Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and responding to customer queries

• Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently

• Logging all interactions and following company procedures

• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre or face-to-face)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
