Aftersales Advisor - Farnham-

We are currently seeking a motivated Aftersales Advisor to join our client''s busy Dealership in Farnham. Benefits as an Aftersales Advisor:

• Competitive basic salary of -27,000 with a realistic OTE of up to -35,000
• Genuine bonuses linked to performance, with earning potential exceeding -35,000
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 5.30pm
• Every third Saturday morning on a rota basis, paid at overtime rates

Duties:

• Managing parts sales and ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently
• Handling inbound parts deliveries, bookings, and inventory management
• Assisting the service department by pre-picking parts and ensuring prompt supply
• Responding professionally to customer and local garage enquiries
• Restocking tyres and consumables, maintaining accurate stock records
• Supporting administrative tasks related to parts and service operations
• Promoting smooth workshop operations by managing parts flow
• Using IT systems accurately to process transactions and maintain records

Requirements of this Aftersales Advisor position:

• Previous experience in an automotive Parts or Service Advisor role is preferred, but not essential
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to use initiative and work independently
• Reliable with good organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to location
• Trainee or experienced Aftersales Advisors seeking to develop further are encouraged to apply
