Key Skills: Proven experience working in a NOC or MSP Service Desk CCNA or CCNP NSE 4 Cisco Meraki Fortinet - FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, and FortiManager Strong Routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, and VLAN Great client facing skills Ready to try and solve any problem prior to escalation. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the client network infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance. Provide 1st and 2nd line support for network incidents, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when required. Support and maintain Fortinet, Cisco, and Cisco Meraki network devices including Firewalls, Swi
