Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing operational processes through the warehouse/factory team ensuring the factory is working efficiently and smoothly at all times. This position requires the ability to lead the team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all goods are manufactured or picked and packed and then shipped accurately and on time.You will have a solid manufacturing or warehouse background and the proven experience of leading a team and setting and maintaining high standards to work as part of the operational leadership team to identify and share ideas, improving operational performance through collaboration.
