This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our institution during a key period. Key Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining the school''s debtor ledger.Proactively contacting parents/guardians regarding outstanding fees via phone, email, and written correspondence.Negotiating and monitoring payment plans, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.Working closely with internal teams including admissions and finance to resolve queries.Reconciling accounts and preparing regular debt reports for senior management.Supporting month-end procedures and the wider finance team What We''re Looking For: Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivableStrong communication and negotiation skills.Strong query resolution skillsAttention to detail and high levels of accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
