Talentmark are recruiting for a Lab Support Coordinator to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 12 months.-

Salary:
Paying -200230 per day PAYE, or -265305 Umbrella.

Lab Support Coordinator Role:

• User support functions: including installation and support on our systems.
• customer training.
• troubleshooting, sales and customer support.
• software modifications and product maintenance.
• assistance with tender responses and product demonstrations.

Your Background:

• Biochemistry / pathology background.
• Thorough understanding of IVD industry.
• Have experience of support of pathology lab solutions.
• Troubleshooting / technical service cover for lab instruments - mostly biochemistry.
• Excellent customer facing skills.
