Maintain a sterile environment and monitor patient vitals. Provide comprehensive pre and post-operative care. Prepare the operating theatre, sterilise instruments, and ensure all surgical equipment is functional. What We re Looking For: Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with active NMC pin or HCPC registration. Experience in theatre nursing and surgical assistance. Knowledge of sterilisation techniques and infection control. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage high-stress environments and critical situations.
