We are now seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager to support management team in day-to-day operations

The Role:As an Assistant Manager you will take full ownership of the front-of-house experience

leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, streamline operations and inspire your team to shine. With a strong focus on leadership, you will foster a safe, supportive and high-performing environment and ensure the delivery of memorable experiences wanting our guests to come back for more.

What you need to succeed:Proven track record in running high- energy, high- volume restaurants on managerial level with strong understanding of front-of-house operations,Savvy in stock and wastage management as well as staff scheduling and hiring,Advanced understanding of food hygiene, HandS, and all things compliance,Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for coaching, motivating, and empowering team members to perform at their best,Ability to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat
