Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fire doors to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Install fire doors in commercial and residential buildings according to specifications and industry standards. Repair or replace fire doors that are damaged, defective, or non-compliant with current standards. Maintain detailed records of all fire door installations, repairs, and inspections. Work effectively with colleagues, clients, suppliers or the public, and be aware of the needs and concerns of others, especially where related to diversity and equality. Effective interpersonal skills in communicating technical matters. Ensure that all Company HandS policies and procedures are rigorously followed and promote this throughout the teams.
