This is a great opportunity for a motivated graduate or career-starter to break into recruitment. You''ll receive full training and work alongside an experienced team, helping to place teachers and support staff in schools across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Wiltshire.

• Sourcing and screening education staff

• Writing adverts and managing applications

• Conducting phone interviews and compliance checks

• Supporting consultants with candidate placements

• Progressing into full 360 recruitment, including client work

• Confident, ambitious, and resilient individuals

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Interest in education or recruitment

• No experience needed - just drive and a great attitude

-28,000 starting salary + uncapped commission from day one
