The Contract Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a multi-site key contract within the Facilities Management sector, primarily focused on MandE hard services. The role involves managing both planned and reactive maintenance activities in line with SFG20 maintenance schedules and wider industry standards. You will ensure full client compliance and satisfaction through effective coordination of in-house engineering teams and specialist subcontractors. This position is supported by a dedicated Assistant Contract Manager and Contract Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
