With cyber security one of the fastest-growing areas in technology, we are seeking a Head of Cyber Security Recruitment to build, lead, and grow this function.Role Overview

The Head of Cyber Security Recruitment will be responsible for establishing and scaling our cyber security recruitment division. You will recruit and lead a team of consultants focused on placing top cyber professionals across permanent and contract roles. This role requires a blend of deep market knowledge, strong leadership, and commercial acumen to position our business as the go-to partner for cyber security talent.Key Responsibilities

Build and grow the cyber security recruitment practice, setting direction and goals.Position the company as a trusted leader in cyber talent acquisition.Develop go-to-market strategy for both existing and new clients.Business Development

Drive new business opportunities with clients in financial services, tech, consultancy, and critical infrastructure.Maintain and expand relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR teams.Negotiate and close retained and exclusive assignments.Team Management

Recruit, Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants.Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture.Deliver training and support to consultants on the cyber market, candidate management, and client engagement.Market Expertise

Stay on top of trends, salary benchmarks, and demand in cyber security roles (e.g., CISOs, SOC Analysts, Penetration Testers, GRC Specialists, Cloud Security Engineers).Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.Produce thought leadership content to promote our expertise in the sector.Key Requirements

Proven experience in technology or cyber security recruitment, ideally at senior consultant, manager, or practice lead level.Strong track record of billing success and client development within the cyber security market.Demonstrated leadership experience – able to inspire, grow, and retain high-performing teams.Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.Commercially driven with the ability to hit and exceed targets.Deep understanding of cyber security disciplines and talent landscape.What We Offer
