Provide administrative support to the sales team and general office operationsManage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionallyMaintain and update sales records, customer databases, and office documentationAssist with order processing, invoicing, and coordination with internal departmentsSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel if necessaryMonitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers as neededSupport general office functions to ensure smooth daily operationsKnowledge, Skills and Experience
