Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Engineer to join our team on a social housing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances and systems within residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Key

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance and servicing of gas appliances and systems.

· Diagnose and repair faults in gas appliances and systems.

· Install new gas appliances and systems in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

· Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with gas safety regulations.

· Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and clients.

· Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

· Respond to emergency callouts and provide timely solutions.

· Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure efficient service

delivery.

Requirements:

· Relevant qualifications in gas engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ACS

qualifications).

· Valid Gas Safe registration.

· Proven experience in gas appliance installation, maintenance, and repair.

· Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and standards.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Full UK driving

license.
