This role is to join a thriving secondary school and to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team. This position is fully based onsite within term time, participating in team meetings, events and learning development sessions. Your focus will be on managing HR administration, including recruitment, inductions, absence management and payroll. You will oversee ER casework whilst ensuring all HR processes align with Trust policy and statutory guidelines. You will also report to the headteacher for operational requirements.
