Are you an experienced paediatric dietitian with a passion for service development and leadership? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Community Children\''s Dietitians Service Lead (Job Share).This role provides strategic and clinical leadership, and operational management to ensure high standards of care and service development; working closely with stakeholders, managing teams, and contributing to service planning and contract negotiations.Based in Lewisham, with travel across sites in Lewisham, Lambeth and Southwark.PLEASE NOTE:

To be responsible for co-ordinating the strategic direction for service development liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.To provide clinical leadership and operational management to secure a high standard of care.To provide autonomous, specialist dietetic care and treatment to children on the caseload, working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team around the child.This post will be based in Lewisham but will include working at and travelling to all hospital and community sites.Qualifications

Dietitian with significant experience in paediatric dietetics, preferably in HEN and SEND with leadership and management experienceStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsPassion for innovation, quality improvement, and collaborative workingLocation
