This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who s passionate about people, quality, and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will oversee a busy production operation, managing and developing a team of Supervisors to deliver consistent performance, efficiency, and product quality.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support Production Supervisors to achieve targets and maintain high standards.Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime.Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste.Maintain compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company standards (BRCGS, HACCP, allergen management).Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams to deliver business goals.Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive working culture. Skills and Experience Proven experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production management.Strong leadership and team development skills.Hands-on experience with CI and Lean methodologies.Good understanding of food safety and HandS compliance.Confident communicator, problem solver, and decision maker.
