Job Title:-Employer Engagement Consultant - Employability

Location:-Leicestershire (Centre and Field Based)

Salary:-up to -31,500-

KM have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.

Experience of working within the Welfare to Work / Employability sector, in an Employer Engagement / recruitment role, OR outside of the Employability sector in hands-on Recruitment.

The Role:

• To identify and engage with-local employers,-via cold calling, and attending events such as job fairs and networking to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.
• Create and deliver IAG / Employability sessions to unemployed individuals to include; CV writing, interview preparation, confidence building etc.
• Work towards and achieve targets and KPI''s.
• Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience working in an employer engagement or recruitment role (experience within the Employability or Welfare-to-Work sector is desirable but not essential).
• Demonstrable track record of achieving targets and KPIs, particularly in relation to placing individuals into employment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent, e.g. Functional Skills or Key Skills).
• A minimum of two A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification (e.g. Diploma).
• Driving Licence and own vehicle - flexibility to travel across sites and in the field as required.
