Working in a regulated, quality-controlled environment, you''ll use technical knowledge and data insights to optimise treatment performance and maintain compliance with internal and external standards.Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor water treatment processes to maintain performance and compliance.Manage chemical dosing, carry out water quality testing, and interpret laboratory results.Analyse data to optimise chemical usage and improve process efficiency.Work closely with the Regional Control Centre to manage site flows, pumping, and storage in line with production plans.Complete routine site activities including validation, calibration, preventative maintenance, and inspections.Escalate non-routine issues such as equipment failures, non-compliance, or environmental incidents.Support contractors and on-site teams, ensuring all work is completed safely and without risk to water quality.Handle chemicals, gases, and hazardous materials i
