Assistant General Manager

to play a pivotal role in launching and leading this exciting new opening. As an Assistant General Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring both exceptional service and smooth day-to-day management. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, inspires their team, and keeps a cool head in a busy, premium environment.

About You:You have proven experience in senior management roles within high-quality restaurants or hospitality venues

Youre confident overseeing large teams and mentoring managers to deliver service excellence

You can balance operational efficiency with creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike

Youre familiar with Japanese cuisine and culture (or eager to learn in depth)

Youre highly organised, commercially minded, and skilled at implementing systems and processes

Youve played a significant role in successful restaurant openings before

You understand the importance of financial oversight, cost control, and delivering on business targets
