Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Credit Controller / Credit Control Administrator to support their busy finance team. This is a fast-paced, demanding, yet highly rewarding environment where you will be able to develop your skills and take on new challenges. Your new roleIn this Credit Controller / Administrator position, you will support the credit control function while also carrying out a range of finance and administrative duties. You will manage multiple ledgers, assist with customer account maintenance, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day credit processes.Your responsibilities will include:Managing credit control activity across several ledgersChasing overdue invoices via phone, email, and written communicationEnsuring payments are received in line with agreed termsProcessing new credit applications and monitoring customer credit limitsSupporting the negotiation of payment plans and settlementsPreparing reports on outstanding debt and collection progressHandling customer queries and resolving billing or payment issuesPosting receipts, updating customer accounts, and completing reconciliationsProducing monthly statements and reminder lettersProviding general administrative support to the finance te
