About the Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver dynamic and well-structured lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 depending on your experience. This is a fantastic role for someone who can bring clarity, enthusiasm, and a love for learning into every lesson, helping students to develop both their confidence and their skills in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to students of varying abilities
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Create an inclusive, inspiring, and supportive classroom environment
• Encourage a growth mindset and foster independent learning
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance teaching strategies
• Support students in reaching and exceeding their academic goals

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent, or has strong subject knowledge (non-QTS applicants with significant Maths expertise will be considered)
• Experience in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
• A genuine passion for teaching Maths and helping students succeed
• Strong classroom management skills and effective communication abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive mindset
