Are you a driven Building Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? My client, a well-established and highly respected construction consultancy, is looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. You''ll play a key role in delivering expert advice to clients while taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion.

The Role:

• Deliver a full range of building surveying services including project and professional work
• Lead on projects across refurbishment, redevelopment, and maintenance schemes
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy environment

About You:

• MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership
• Strong technical knowledge and experience within a consultancy environment
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, ambitious, and keen to progress your career
