Sounds great, what will I be doing? The role involves supporting the team in the daily running of the service, including front-of-house duties, assisting with the lunch club, answering phone calls, and ensuring health and safety standards. It also includes making welfare calls to members, helping with general queries from volunteers, members, and visitors, maintaining accurate records of support provided, and carrying out any other reasonable tasks as requested by senior staff.
