to oversee 4/5 high profile restaurants in Stockholm and potentially across the Nordics. This role will be pivotal in leading operations, driving commercial performance, and cultivating a high-energy culture across multiple premium brands.The Role:As the Operations Manager, youll assume full ownership over 4/5 high-calibre sites and be orchestrating an unparalleled guest experience, driving commercial excellence, and nurturing leadership that inspires. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will:Lead Multi-Site Operations:

Champion daily operational excellence across multiple sites, ensuring every restaurant upholds the impeccable standards that define the group.Drive Financial Performance:

Command full PandL responsibility, meticulously balancing cost management, revenue growth, and profitability.Inspire High-Performing Teams:

Recruit, develop, and empower your General Managers and their teams, cultivating a culture that prizes passion, trust, and entrepreneurship.Innovate Guest Experiences:
