Health, Safety and Facilities CoordinatorI m delighted to be recruiting for my Client based in Batley for an experienced Health, Safety and Facilities Coordinator to join their organisation.The position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.You will support all operations within the site and will be instrumental in ensuring the safety of all staff, placements, volunteers and visitors. Working alongside the wider Transport team this role will also support in the HandS of our LGV drivers and other transport providers to ensure that we remain compliant, legal and safe at all times.Duties To coordinate HandS and facilities across the whole of the site Carry out Risk Assessments for the Warehouse, Transport and Bank Maintenance departments and compile safe systems of work Responsible for overseeing the proper use of equipment by others and themselves ensuring full HandS compliance To ensure all equipment is safe, compliant and has the appropriate documentation To carry out HandS induction training for new staff (site HandS) as required by management To give regular, effective communication and feedback To work collaboratively, continuously looking at ways to improve systems and operations To deliver good levels of customer serviceCandidate Requirements Self-Awareness Systems Thinking Agility, Complexity, and Ambiguity Have an excellent knowledge of HandS and have related qualifications preferably NEBOSH Be an effective role model demonstrating high levels of performance and
