Technical Lead (Hands-on Development, C#)

Join a rapidly scaling start-up as a hands-on Technical Lead, where you’ll be directly involved in development while playing a key role in shaping the future of the team. As we grow quickly, you’ll have the opportunity to evolve from leading a small team of 1-2 developers to managing a larger team of up to 30.

What You'll Do:

• Lead hands-on development, writing high-quality code and solving complex technical problems.
• Help define and drive technical direction for projects.
• Work closely with a small team to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• As the team scales, take on more leadership and people management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and technical alignment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in hands-on software development (preferably with C#, but we look at any OOP languages).
• Leadership potential with a passion for mentoring and guiding developers.
• Ability to adapt quickly as the team scales from a small group to a larger one.
• Solid problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
