Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist—Voice/Upper Airway

Overview
A Vacancy at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 therapist who has experience of working with voice and upper airway disorders to join our team. This is a fixed term position of 18 hours for 30 months, with potential extension if desired by the post holder. We would also be willing to hear from experienced Band 6 applications interested in a developmental post. Responsibilities
Plan and provide therapy to adult and paediatric upper airway/voice caseloads.
Support consultant-run joint voice and intervention clinics.
Be based within a friendly and supportive team of outpatient speech and language therapists with connection to the inpatient teams at Wexham Park Hospital and Frimley Park Hospital.
Hold in-person voice therapy clinics across the patch, currently including Wexham Park Hospital (Slough), King Edward Hospital (Windsor), and Farnham Hospital (Farnham), with potential clinics on Maidenhead (Berkshire) or Fleet (Surrey) and possible virtual clinics during the week.

Qualifications and Requirements
Band 7 therapist with experience of voice and upper airway disorders (experience in this area highly preferred).
Willingness to consider Band 6 applicants for a developmental post.
Commitment to CPD activity and clinical supervision.
Flexible approach to work patterns and locations, with potential for a range of sites and virtual clinics.
