Our client is a national FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients UK wide.- It is looking to hire a Head of Services for its Digital and Energy business unit. As the Head of Services, you can be based in Glasgow, London, Leeds or Birmingham.

The successful Head of Services will report into the MD for this business unit and be responsible for the overall operational delivery of building automation, energy management, smart monitoring, and maintenance to its clients. You will have 3 direct reports (Operations Managers) and overall workforce of circa 25 BMS engineers.

The selected Head of Services must have a strong engineering pedigree; you will also have excellent leadership and management qualities and have the ability to inspire and empower others. This is key.

Applicants must have experience of SaaS and data platform, be analytical and able to make decisions based on data-driven information.
