Assistant Site Manager
Highrise Residential | South East London

We are working with a leading develop who are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a high rise project in south east London.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a major regeneration project and work with an experienced Project Team.
The Role.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the management of on-site operations, including subcontractors, materials and logistics
• Supporting the Site Manager in maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance
• Monitoring progress and quality control across assigned work areas
• Coordinating trades and resolving on-site issues efficiently
• Communicating effectively with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team
• Using digital QA / site management systems to track progress and quality

About You

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar on large-scale residential projects
• Background working for a main contractor, ideally on RC frame developments
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and quality standards
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Keen to progress your career on high-end residential schemes

This is a Temp to Perm role.
