Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, market-leading healthcare organisation to appoint a Head of HR to a newly created, strategic leadership role. Our client is a UK-wide organisation employing 500+ staff across multiple sites and is undergoing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This role will play a critical part in shaping a high-performance, inclusive and future-ready culture. Reporting into the executive leadership team, you will lead the People function, a team of 5, owning the full people agenda across a multi-site operation. Key Responsibilities: People Strategy and Change Lead and develop a high-performing People team Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business growth Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives Drive workforce planning and future talent strategy Champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the organisation Culture and Engagement Embed company values and lead cultural evolution Design and deliver engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives Act as a visible culture ambassador across all sites HR Operations and Governance Oversee all HR operations including onboarding, contracts, and HR systems Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience Ensure compliance with employment law, HandS and regulatory standards Reward and Benefits Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks Lead reward, recognition and performance in
