Job DescriptionOur Client are of the UK''s leading distributors with multiple sites all over the UK, Recruitment Solutions North West are pleased to be partnering with our Client to recruit a Credit Controller at one of their main offices based in Formby.This role as a Credit Controller would be ideal for individuals who are strong at providing excellent customer service while maintaining effective credit control procedures.What You''ll Be Doing:• Chasing outstanding payments and reducing aged debt. • Providing invoices, credit notes and customer statements. • Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve customer queries. • Monitoring customer accounts, credit limits and payment plans. • Processing card payments, direct debits and supporting reporting tasks. • Generate aged debt reports and make contact calls/emails to gain payment of the overdue.What We''re Looking For As A Credit Controller:• Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (preferred). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Work well on your own and as part of a team. • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems. • Organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Be able to start as soon as possibleWhat''s On Offer: • Annual salary Circa £26,500 • Pension scheme • Health and wellbeing support • Exclusive range of High street discounts, including cinema tickets, travel, fashion, food and drink. • Supportive team environmentDi
