Ensure all painted components meet quality control and finish requirements. Maintain spray equipment and work area in clean, safe working condition. Follow job sheets, production targets, and deadlines with minimal supervision. Requirements Previous experience in automotive or industrial paint spraying. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Confident with masking, prepping, and operating spray equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
